A low relief (Repoussé) image of a young Jesus Christ wearing elaborate garments and holding a pair of spiral-tipped tendrils in a field of flowers and foliage. Mounted to a wooden backing when collected in 1911.
Plaques such as this record the mineral wealth of the South American New World in the Spanish Colonial era.
