The various ethnic groups throughout the Cameroon region, including the Bamileke, Bamum, & Tikar, are renowned for their skilled & highly imaginative metalwork, & are known for producing some of the finest bronzework of the African continent.
A restful countenance displays finely cast features, high slit eyes, stylized nose, full lips. Headdress is constructed with Leather and Woven Fiber, Leather detailing for a beard. The mask is mounted to well made woven fiber basketwork.
